The artwork offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the episode to which the church is dedicated.
The miracle of the snow, from mystical event, becomes a destructive force against which the farmers seek protection from the Madonna herself.
The light beam, like in an annunciation, becomes a call, an awakening. Like a blade, it cuts through space, and where it touches, it animates.

The solid light, made of a tulle veil drawn with spontaneous herbs and pollinating insects, emerges from the round window and from the divine hand placed outside the church. It crosses the space, thinning as it advances, and ends by barely touching a human, rural hand made of leaves.

A rebirth from, and of, the soil.
