2021, 7-CHANNEL VIDEO INSTALLATION CONNECTED TO GOOGLE MEET

The work reflects on the idea of infinite possible realities. Conceived during the pandemic, it draws on the experience of isolation and on the technological mediation that redefined our sense of presence. Using Google Meet, the artist exploits a system glitch: the screen endlessly shares itself, generating an infinite tunnel that multiplies and dissolves reality. Each screen in the installation repeats the same image, forming an expanding mosaic where the viewer, captured by the webcam, becomes part of the loop.
In EX INFINITO, nothing is fixed or certain, everything is in flux, like the realities that continuously generate and cancel each other. The work invites us to question what is real, and to venture beyond, following the White Rabbit.
