We are used to seeing many people come and go in our lives. Some pass without a trace, others settle within us, becoming part of who we are.

The work reflects on those who leave, those who abandon their land, their roots, or who are forced to go. Yet even across great distances, one thing remains: memory.

It is in those who stay, in their voices, that the question “Where are you?” echoes,a question lost in the wind, like kites fading into the sky.
Even as they disappear, memory keeps them close, bound to our hearts by a thin invisible thread.
